i was feeling kinda crappy and reminded myself that feelings aren’t facts, feels better when i notice things in my behavior before someone else does

i had a slight sinus headache and it has lingered for several days and went to a 12 step meeting and saw an old friend that has advanced brain cancer with a new incision, my headache seemed to diminish

the air conditioning has been acting funny and the technician fixed it and charged me $150 parts and labor, a friend called later and his unit caught fire and a replacement was going to be around $5000

i was leaving a driveway on a busy road and gave it to much gas and hit the guardrail scraping my bumper pretty good and i was livid, several miles down the road i could see fire trucks and ambulances and police everywhere, i asked another driver what happened and he said a tractor trailer lost it’s brakes and ran over a car at the stop light killing the driver

i reached for my coffee thermos and the coffee was cold

i realized, all in all the worst thing that happened to me today

was my coffee God cold
