The sad thing is you’ve been here before

16 years would have kept most from reopening that door

but i know the deal i’ve heard it before

once you’ve been in, they save you a spot

the system doesn’t care what you need or what you want

remember it’s all about the money

second trip because you slipped and wouldn’t tell anyone what was going on

so we revert back to con because that’s where we are from and it takes many trials to turn us around,

some of us make it…………………..most don’t

seems such a waste to put people in such a place when they could be put to work picking up trash

the only rehabilitation that takes place is to the extent the prisoner whats to avoid going back to prison

and learns the value of freedom
