jealousy, anger and envy came knocking on my door

said they heard i was in a bad place and wondered if they could help even the score

i asked them in and listened as they orchestrated my revenge

so the plan was set in place at the appointed time

the victim was to arrive in the early evening as the sun was going

she came just as the sun was setting in the west

in her hand was a spring bouquet ans she smiled and handed

them to me

” before we begin this evening there is something i must say, my last conversation

was riddled with fear and hate. I realize that those emotions carried over from my past

and if you could find a way to forgive me for my mistakes, i would like to entertain getting to

know the man behind such a kind and beautiful face.”

i excused myself and went into the other room, where Jealousy, Anger and Envy were waiting to advance

i said ” your services will not be required for in my haste i made a plan to sabotage this day and the person i meant to harm has made a better way.”

Surprised and irritated i showed them out the back door, we had a lovely evening and i learned that revenge is the fodder of fools.
