He is a ”peacenik” but isn’t afraid to fight

will always answer the door even late at night

doesn’t mind telling me when my thinking isn’t right

i listen because i know He’s my friend

i know He’s my friend because He doesn’t take sides

He’s comes with wisdom that’s hard to deny

and He teaches me things that change my life

He’s like that with everyone He knows

Most people have friends that are from certain groups

could be money, position or both

but He has all sorts of characters that often stop by

and He has taught me that you can’t judge riches, by money or clothes

sometimes there will be conversations about struggles and wars

and He is the last one to join in the chorus

but although He says it in different words, His message is clear to those who have heard

”troubles begin when one side decides, that they need the others to fall in line

and when you start out with a demand, not many people want to help with this plan,

so a better track to take would be to sit down and find ways, everyone will benefit or abandon the plan”
