i can sit still…………….doesn’t seem like a big deal

but it is in so many ways

i was never really here i was always over there

in a hurry to turn the page

you see that’s what you do when life is living you

instead of the other way around

you are afraid to stop because you might have to examine what you are doing and why

it has taken a long time and i cannot begin to express my gratitude

for learning how to walk slower, talk less and look at what i am seeing not only with my eyes, but with my heart

as one grows, gold takes on new forms…………….especially in growth

personal transition is very rewarding…………….when you stop evolving

you are already dead
