Of real love i know little, because real love has no agenda, time table or requirements

Real love isn’t contingent upon what others do or don’t do

it stands alone ridiculed when others cannot fathom the attachment under conditions

they would never consider

real love cannot be explained only practiced

the selfish me cannot see exposing myself to situations i know will end badly

but love doesn’t look at self , conditions, or situations………………..it looks at need

i know little about real love because it requires forgetting of self in deference to another

i suppose the beginning of a shift in mindset begins with the recognition and admission

that something isn’t there that should be

i know little about love but maybe i am willing……………………………..to learn
