i give you today what was taken away

by fear and a desire to please

because to get your way you were willing to pay

with your integrity and your word

but if you listen you will hear a path away from fear

and a change of whom you are willing to serve

for there is but one way on any given day

that will lead you to the peace  you crave

this path doesn’t bring Glory to me, it is about helping you to see

that God has all the power you will ever need
