just thought i would let you know

way before it’s time to go

that you made a difference in this man’s life

and i am sure in many more

we never know how the small acts we do affect those near and far

but like ripples on the pond, they spread out and go on and on

sometimes we see the results but more often we never know

but rest assured this rock was tossed in the lake and keeps coming back for more

more of the lessons you have taught, more with your hands and your heart

just thought it was important for you to know you have shaped and changed

many, many , many lives
