i met a man on the street and he told me he had found peace

and he could show me the way

my reply if His theory was going to fly…………….it had to involve God

He hemmed and hogged and told me my theory was flawed

and i was out-dated in the way i think

i smiled and laughed and said you have fallen into a trap

and i hope you get out in one piece

i offered that i had been around and was lost and got found

by being honest with myself and repeat, that everything thing that i found

that offered eternal peace was wanting and incomplete unless it included our Father God

he wasn’t buying in and i said it was nice to meet you my friend and shrugged my shoulders and said
