should have written you before now but i got side-tracked with life

it hard not to get caught up in things you can’t control but wish you could

i think it would be nice if we could just take a walk and talk about things that are on our mind

but that will have to wait

seems so backward not to realize the value of simple things until we lose the ability to do them

but i do it all the time

that’s very true for you, being under the constant watch and direction of others

doesn’t matter what our situation we can take for granted the freedom of choice and movement

you learn it well brother, so you can teach others what it means to be incarcerated

so maybe just one or two will take it t heart and do something different
