i telling you this because i want you to see

i’m nowhere near the person i would like to be

i gave up on the wishing well and stopped pretending all is well

and now i’m not free of ”me” but i’m a far cry from the person i used to be

so if i have offended you or stomped on your toes, i won’t say that’s just the way it goes

i will ask your forgiveness and what i can do to make things right

a work in progress to say the least, but i’m able to live with unresolved issues because

i’m working on them
