i saw a little girl do a beautiful thing and it was something that she knew

it wasn’t something she was taught, it was her soul shining through

and perhaps that’s when we are at our best when we aren’t tainted or confused

by all the crap this world throws at us hoping we will give in to bitterness and fueds

so be careful when you have a choice not to let people instill their corrupted views

it will be one less thing you have to forget to keep your mind at peace

you can walk through this world ignoring the haters and the blind

they will do their very best to keep you off balance all the time

but i have found to pray for them, gets them off my mind and leaves me with the feeling that i tried

so to get back to the beginning is what we are all trying to do

to complete the circle, just like when we were fresh and new, leave behind all the indoctrination and see things like a child
