no one is pretending it is easy, i can’t walk this path for you

but we can walk together, as you learn, i learn too

i don’t have all the answers, but i have enough to know that i can make it through anything

it has given me a connection to something greater than myself and there are many days just like you that i can use all the help i can get

sometimes it comes through people, sometimes it comes through the rain, sometimes i feel a hand on my shoulder, a gentle quiet guide

but one thing is for certain that desperate pain of isolation is gone and has been replaced with the confidence that i am being responsible for my life and doing what i need to do to keep getting better
