i guess i’m gonna have to let you off the hook to keep me from being caught

doesn’t matter who’s right or wrong anger has its cost

so to keep me from carrying a load which i don’t think is mine

i’ll just let the issue go because everyone has their  side

i don’t even have to like it, experience has shown, that the quicker i let go

i can keep moving on
