see the man on the wire walking between the trees

wonder how long he’s been doing it

sorta reminds me of me

i suppose that’s the challenge to try to get in between

the undertow of life or the volcano that’s due to erupt any day

finding a sense of balance where you don’t always feel like you are walking uphill

or unable to keep from pitching forward as the decline carries your feet from under you

i see this see saw and i am standing in the middle and it teeters back and forth

its okay, i adjust my position as it moves…………..kind of a dance and perhaps that’s it

things will never be static, they will always be movement, but not a violent swing

that’s a realistic goal i can believe in and seek……….a balance
