i did the math and i guess it’s so, in a few months i will be 64 and the things i would like to share with you, you don’t want to know

you ain’t going no where

i watch these thirty somethings rushing to and fro because they are so busy and people to see and places to go

if i suggested you slow down they would tell me where to go

but honey, you ain’t going anywhere

our society has associated movement with progress, and that isn’t always the case

most of us experience things many times before we get what it’s all about because we are in such a hurry and the lesson and the wisdom flies over our heads

when we finally get it we say, i should have seen that before

life isn’t about like it’s about reality, and honey slow down ”you ain’t going no where”

fyi…….., you will just be scratching the surface when you tip 50, that’s just the way it rolls

run, run , run,  so afraid you will miss something and you will as you are running past it
