this gift of speech can lift and teach and comfort those in need

or these words can harm and disturb and stir of feelings of despair

so this power i possess can do harm or good, now for me is the task to be selective and aware of what message i am trying to send

i have been the benefactor of kindness and the comfort of a thoughtful word, i have also been cut to shreds with a sharp unrelenting tongue

the power to heal the power to hurt is a force we need to conceive and by our words we can change a life for better than we might believe

kindness is a sign of strength………………..ttucro

so i reflect on what i project and if i don’t like it i am going to change
