i know some will smirk and some will sweat, the fact remains: she was a great woman who drank herself to death

now many would prefer that the latter be left out, but perhaps her greatest gift may yet to be dealt

for all the good and service that she gave, she did not think well enough of herself to live instead of dig

to dig that grave a little everyday, perhaps a little of that time would have been better spent getting honest with herself

for the great fact will always remain, she gave away her life and the shadow will always be there

i did not orchestrate this world, nor do i speak its refrain, but however you record it, all the awards and acclaim she will forever be an incredible person……………………….who flushed her life down the drain
