let it all go

go to a place you have never been to before

you aren’t in charge, just along for the ride

two little girls make you heart glow inside

so i stop and take a minute to say”thank-you God it wasn’t going to be this way”

but your hand trumped mine grateful it played out that way

so i revel in a place i haven’t been before, fully alive and waiting for more

two little girls riding a sleigh down a hill and i am here totally present and couldn’t ask for more

keep up the good work in me Pops, both of you, i need it and now can appreciate it

simple………….simply good
