I’m not talking about material things they get old and break

what I am addressing is something that money cannot buy, not available in stores or online

it is called ”peace” and having had a taste of it at 63 I would like to keep it and share how others may come to know it

it begins with acceptance……………………of where you are, what you are, what is important and how being considerate of others is the best way to take care of yourself

it is so accessible and yet looking for it seems like finding a needle in a haystack………because you cannot find something that is already here………….it is a matter of recognition

I recognize and accept that the peace that surpasses all understanding is right in front of me and sadly I admit it has always been here

it is not necessary nor advantageous for me to attempt to change the world around me, rather to acknowledge it as it is presented to me

self-seeking has slipped away in favor of this moment, the present

at this beautiful moment in time all is well and if my awareness is working, I surmise that it will generally be this way………………..as long as I stay in the ”now”

you don’t have to experience years of longing when what you seek is already here

sit down and let the presence of being at peace come over you, by accepting your life as it is

it is here, ”now” for everyone
