blame is an ugly game and it does little to make things right

better to say didn’t work out the best way,  maybe we should do things different next time

when someone is put on the spot, it becomes a blot and sometimes it never goes away

so try to find a way, non-threatening to say ”we’ll see how to do it better next time, okay”
