I asked you to teach me how to fly…………………………………………………………………………………………………..you never paused your answer” how high”

high as the heavens where the birds don’t fly, over peaks and valleys that’s how high

so it has happened, no I didn’t grow wings, but you provided the ways and the means

you have allowed me to see incredible things that have re-enforced my faith and taught me many things

so I ask anyone who might read this note, if you wish to fly I can tell you how it’s done

ask God to come into your life and to show you the creation in which He took so much delight

doors will open, perhaps one on a plane and He will take you places I couldn’t begin to explain

part 2

somebody quick stop this train

this trains to slow, I need a plane

I heard this voice and it sounded in pain, Lord can you teach me to fly

I heard a voice ”i’ll see what I can do, You listen for instructions and I’ll get you through”

so I was nervous, didn’t have a plan, so I started praying and here I am

the phone started ringing and my boss was on the phone” we need help in another location, when can you go”

” I can be ready by this afternoon, tell me the airline and the flight”

so I boarded the plane and when it arrived I rented a car and started to drive

my Mother so so surprised when she opened the door” your Dad has been asking if you were gonna come, I said i thought so but I really wasn’t sure, and now the next thing I know you’re standing at the door ”

”how did this happen and what about your work”, I told her the story and both of us laughed

My Dad was so happy and that night He passed, but the Lord let me see Him and He taught me how to fly

rely on the Lord
