it is 24 hours, no more………….no less                              how we choose to spend that time is controlled by work, obligations, and habits………………………….so whatever time you have control over is usually very precious in today’s world

it is our sole responsibility to make it count……………………tremendous influence on how fulfilling I deem my day is how I spend and enjoy my ”free time”

you have to purposely set aside that time, block it off as off-limits to intrusions or it ain’t gonna happen

I cannot experience what I am not aware of, and it I am not totally focused on the event in front of me, I may as well not be there

Hershey Kisses

My grand-kids love Hershey Kisses and anything with piles of sugar on top, I believe I could soak twigs in sugar-water and they would eat them, just kidding. To watch them meticulously unwrap them,which is painstakingly slow, and painful for me to watch, God forbid if you try to help them…………….. is a beautiful thing if you can be totally present and enjoy the entire process. You just have to be relaxed enough to watch and appreciate their attention and focus on securing the reward.

The look on their face when they plop that hunk of happiness in their mouth is priceless. Generally after 5 or 10 they will offer one of their accomplishments to me and that is something to witness as they are willing to share their most valuable possession at that time.
