what i’m supposed to do is not to depend on me ………………………………………but to depend on you

some will call me weak, dependent and confused……………………………………..i need not defend You nor Your work, my own life is an example of what You can do

why is that when i wake up, seems right the first thing i try to do, is ask you for Your blessing and what You would have me to do

the answer is always the same and i try not to give it my spin……………………………….you ask me to serve others and to be a partner and a friend…………………….these seem pretty easy tasks until i begin……………… the truth is, putting others first often gets under my skin

often i muddle through things and wear a plastic smile but when the job is finished I can see it was worthwhile

i am not the best student but there is no doubt You have changed my life and things I have taken for granted are now indispensable parts of my life

so i come to you often and it helps me weather the storms, makes the brighter days brighter and the hard days not so long……………….so it is with great respect and admiration i now come before you, my ”King” and ”Friend”

because that feels like what i am supposed to do
