you’re not drunk but you never know, maybe you’ve had just enough to make you a little slow, the mom in the van who pulls out to soon, left you just enough room to slow down………………………………. if you hadn’t been drinking

so it was actually her fault i guess you could say, but her daughter in the hospital could care less either way, because she is trying to hold on to a life that might end to soon, and the best lawyer in town couldn’t remove that gloom

so you didn’t get charged with a d.u.i, you just got a wreck-less and the daughter survived, you went to see her and as you left the room the tears started rolling, they finally broke through, and a nurse came over and asked if there was anything she could do, you stuttered ” say a prayer for me, that i will stop hurting myself and others and i can become alcohol free”, so God sent you an angel and she did what you asked and she took you to the lobby and this is what she said before she left, ” i know you think that this was all about you, but i have some issues with my drinking to and maybe i’ll see you at a meeting, but i can see that God has a plan for you and for me.”

so you do see each other from time to time at meetings and you know you have a special bond, and it re-enforces the fact that God works in mysterious ways……………….
