try to go one hour without passing judgement on something or someone

okay try and go a minute without making a judgement………………….you might make a minute if you really try

my point : it’s not easy………………..as humans we are constantly comparing, sorting and labeling………………..that’s what we do………………………and what it does is cuts us off from the whole story, picture or situation

we get as much information as we think we need and boom…………………..signed, sealed, delivered and labeled, good or bad, positive or negative and we could be missing the most important parts

staying open without shutting the door let’s me explore things from a different perspective…………………………..leaving the door open is a goal i hope to achieve……….for now i’ll have to settle on working on it
