that sign has saved me numerous heartaches and numerous alliances that would have been one-sided from the start and painful                     better to feel a little pain than a lot of pain, yet people go against this simple rule all the time

this are some simple rules that can save you much time, money and heartache

• you cannot……….cannot help someone who is determined to stay a victim…. they have made it a lifestyle and they will only stop when it stops working
• meeting someone who wastes no time in trying to search your pockets, is a big red flag
• try to discern if their smile is coming from a factory or from their heart
• all that glitters is definitely not gold……………….beware of shiny things
• over the top people are always trying to make up for something they think they don’t have
• people that are loud, don’t believe what they are saying
• fast goes fast, slow goes slow , the speed in the middle is the speed to row
• someone sitting in a boat with holes in it and smiling is tryin’ to tell you something

what happens when you start watching the gate…………………………you are a better giver, friend, partner because you aren’t constantly being bothered with evictions
